CDF Course Registration

Tuition

Tuition for the CDF Training course starts at $1275.00 includes all materials and manuals. All payments are required in before the course starts unless other arrangemetns are made in advance. The cost of the course is approved for Perkins funding. Please contact Mark or Kate if you have any questions.

Registration Process

To register for this course, you will need to submit:

  1. A completed CDF Course Registration Form
  2. A copy of your Resume
  3. A Personal Statement (maximum one page) regarding why you want to take the CDF training
  4. Payment in full of the tuition using a money order, cashiers check or personal check. Unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Option 1: Email in your registration form

3. E-mail your CDF Registration Form, Resume and Personal Statement to: hsbtraining@gmail.com.

Option 2: Mail in your registration form

  1. Download the CDF Course Registration Form from the Class Offering's Page, save it to your computer, and print it out.
  2. Mail your CDF Registration Form, Resume, Personal Statement, and a cashiers check, money order or personal check for $1275.00 to:

Confirmation of Registration

We will confirm your acceptance into the CDF course via e-mail as soon as we receive your registration documents and payment.

Registration Deadline

The minimum number of students per class is 4 for a class in Connecticut, and the maximum is 30.

To ensure that a place is available to you on the dates and location of your choice, please register and pay for the course at least 30 days in advance.

Privacy Notice

We will not release any of your information to any other sources.

Refunds

If we must cancel a class due to low enrollment or any other special circumstances, we will return your payment to you in full. If you prefer, we can also apply your payment to a future training.

If you decide to drop the class more than 30 days prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. If you drop the class less than 30 days prior to the start date or after the class has already begun, you will not receive a refund.
